High quality raw materials and traditional processing techniques, loyal to Sicilian tradition, are the streghts of our Coalma and Sant'Erasmo tuna.
We produce Yellow fin and Mediterranean tuna using the traditional cooking in water and sea salt.
We are carrying out also new projects on iodized salt from Trapani sal pans and tuna in organic extra vergin oil.
